Beautifully-decorated large house, great choice to stay in Pattaya

The house is very big. My family and I visited Pattaya, so we decided to rent this house for our vacation. It already has furniture. It is beautifully decorated with good quality items. There is also a private swimming pool and a garden around the house. The project has high privacy. I met many new friends living here as well. I chose to rent a Natcha house because we brought out pets. If we book a hotel room, it could be a problem with our dogs. Therefore, I decided to rent a house, and I was not disappointed. It is also convenient to travel here by car because it is located not far from Pattaya Beach and Central Festival. We spent our holidays happily and comfortably.
Two-story detached house in the heart of Pattaya

The house here used to have a problem with muddy water and looks very dirty. When informed to the project management team, they have immediately repaired well, and there have never been any other problems. I think the family care program is outstanding. The design is also considered well done. Although it has been completed for many years, the building still looks new and has a strong structure. The house I live in is a two-story detached house with a garden and a swimming pool. There is a guest room. The first time I moved in, it was partly furnished. The project is in the center of the city, easy to travel and close to department stores.

It is a good choice to buy a house in this village. Outstanding location in the heart of Pattaya. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants, many 5-star hotels, and convenient to commute. There is a small swimming pool in the house to chill and spend time with the family. The house is spacious 3 bedrooms with a modern design and gated. The overall atmosphere is quiet, and the security is very high.

I bought a house for this project last year as a vacation destination for the family. I chose to buy a 2-story detached house with 3 bedrooms 1 decorated with a fully furnished interior. At first, I wanted to buy things to decorate by myself, but I didn't have much time to buy furniture. So I have the project team to decorate all the interior at a reasonable price. Finally, I got good quality furniture and was not disappointed at all that has been selected from the project. I want to thank you very much for taking good care of the residents. Besides, the project also has a 24-hour security guard. When I leave the house, I don't have to worry about it. There is definitely someone to take care of the house. Personally, I feel okay with this project, and I'm happy every time I come back for a vacation here.

I have rented a house here for 6 months at a very reasonable price. The decor was perfect. All furniture still looks new and modern, especially the kitchen decorated in European style with kitchenware and appliances. The house area is spacious. There is a large private swimming pool along with the garden. I would recommend This project for anyone who has a small budget and wants a beautiful house with a good atmosphere. It's also close to Central Festival Pattaya Beach; this is an option that will impress you.

Beautiful house with a good atmosphere in a potential community and surrounded by quality neighbors. A large area allows pets, including the house with a good fence, which is safe and strong. The interior of the house is well proportioned and decorated in a classical style. Also, the house and various furniture are good woodwork. The house has a nice shady area with a lovely swimming pool and a Jacuzzi tub.

This project is excellent!! It’s located in Pattaya city center, making it so easy to go anywhere as it takes only a few mins to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival shopping mall. The house that I stayed in is a spacious 3-bedroom type with full furniture. Most of the materials used in the house are wood, which is my favorite style. For those who like the modern style, this house may not be the right choice for you, and unfortunately, there is no gym here, so I had to buy the equipment on my own. Overall it’s ok. The price may seem expensive, but it is worth every penny.
