Condo on the main road, near the Rama 9 MRT station, the cheapest common area fee, full security guards, maids, CCTV cameras, near Central Department Store, Lotus, Fortune, very convenient transportation, near the expressway, Victory Monument, Sukhumvit, Phetchaburi, Airport Rail Link, good location and cheap like this is hard to find anymore, suitable for buying to live in yourself or investing in renting out, especially corner rooms will get a good price, foreigners like them, always fully rented.
