A spacious lakeside villa surrounded by nature despite being in busy Bangok. A mere 3 minutes away from Harrow International School.The house was finished about a year ago and was built with very high quality and top notch materials. Designwise all the rooms are spacious, bright and have views of nature.It was built to house us and my relatives from Sweden, but in an unexpected turn of events we now have to move there to take care of them instead on short notice. To facilitate a fast sale we have put a fairly low asking price.The house ready to have a new family/families move in and it is mostly furnished, but not fully. Since we are leaving the country we sell the house as is with furniture.
Foreign nationals can own the building (house) in their own name, but not the land that it stands on.
Foreign nationals cannot own land in Thailand. The options in which a foreigner can control the land are via a 30-year lease or by purchasing the land through a Thai company.
