    This villa is nestled in an excellent location. If anyone wants to relax here, it matches your needs as it is surrounded by lush green trees and green areas. It makes you feel relaxed and offers a high level of privacy. There are fences around the villa without worrying. Moreover, the villas are in a quality community. So, it is very secure, and the villa interior is beautifully decorated in white tone color, which looks good. The project uses wooden furniture to decorate the room, very attractive. Besides, it is also close to Hin Lek Fai Viewpoint and Hua Hin Airport, just a few minutes. It is ok to stay here at the weekend, very good.

    I bought this house without hesitation for 2 reasons. First, it will be for my parents as they have to move out of the old house after retirement. So, I started looking for a new place in the same area with a peaceful atmosphere and a suitable dog. Second, the house will be our vacation home as the house is quite large, with a good layout. It has 3 bedrooms - one for my parents, one for my husband and me, and one for our son. We can stay here together at the weekend. The house was partially furnished with excellent materials, coming with a swimming pool and a garden when we bought it. It's worth my money as I still can afford it. The common area is clean and safe. There are always guards on duty. Oh! There is a swimming pool and a yard in the communal area too. The project is suitable for living. If you want to travel, you can make it in 20 minutes, such as Vana Nava Water Jungle, Cicada Market, and Hua Hin Beach.
