I bought this house many years ago after I had searched for many projects. I bought the townhouse with 3 beds and 2 baths. The unit area is not too wide or cramped. The project has facilities, and my wife usually goes to play tennis. Also, there is a pool, a gym, or you can go jogging around the project because the project's road is quite wide. I decided to buy this place is because of the location. My daughter studies at Daorung School, which is 5 minutes away on foot. Central Festival is just 6 minutes away by car or 10 minutes to Downtown Market, super convenient! The only downside of the area is the heavy traffic in the morning and afternoon, but I can deal with it!
