Second-hand condo in a great location
We decided to buy the room here for rental business. It is a spacious studio room with a balcony and is fully furnished with basic furniture. Plus, there is receptionist staff like in a hotel. The swimming pool and the fitness center are closed for renovations sometimes. However, the condo is considered good as it is in a convenient location. In front of the project is Lotus Cherngtalay. Besides, you can also drive to Surin Beach, Bang Tao Beach and Layan Beach in less than 10 minutes.
