The villa offers 200 sqm of private comfort, built around the perfect balance of beauty and practicality, in a genuinely tropical setting. And three features tell a story all their own.

As a child, I could spend hours standing under waterfalls. Powerful, refreshing, alive… so I built one. A glowing waterfall, 1.5 m wide, drops straight from the first floor into the pool. The sound, the movement, the blue light at night… it's pure magic. Set right beside the living room, it becomes the beating heart of the villa – a natural, hypnotic centrepiece.

I always dreamed of showering out in nature – free, without giving up comfort or privacy. Hidden behind bamboo walls, this 8 sqm open-air bathroom is a true natural sanctuary, designed to bring you back to the essentials. Black Japanese river stones underfoot, bamboo and black marble walls, soft multicolour lighting, lush greenery and tropical flowers… and above all, a double rain shower more than 1 m wide, for an experience solo or à deux. Warm water on your skin as the sun filters through the leaves – it's not just a shower, it's a sensory experience.

I've always felt a deep connection to wood. And I love those long evenings with friends and family, putting the world to rights over a glass of wine. So I commissioned a one-of-a-kind piece: a 300 kg solid-wood dining table with a central illuminated stone "river" running through it, and a suspended industrial light hanging above. A warm, welcoming atmosphere made for conversations that run on… until dawn.

The Pool – A 25 sqm pool in front of the waterfall, linking the two terraces naturally. Visible from the living room, it's part of the décor itself: framed by lush greenery and lit by blue LEDs at night for a magical atmosphere. Professional pool service twice a week.

The Garden – A 30 sqm tropical garden, carefully landscaped with exotic plants, dense foliage and local flowers – a natural extension of the villa. Soft lighting picks out the textures at night for a true zen feel. Gardener service twice a week.

The Wine Cellar – The Pleasure of Indulgence – For me, a great stay always includes a great bottle. So I created a dedicated space: a modern, elegant wine cellar built into the villa, stocked with a curated selection of wines from around the world – from bold Rhône reds to crisp, refined whites.

The Barbecue – A high-end stainless-steel barbecue with independent burners, perfect for shared meals by the pool and waterfall.

5 air-conditioned bedrooms – All with brand-new premium mattresses, King-size beds (except one twin room), storage and blackout curtains.

3 bathrooms – Including the spectacular Jungle Shower.

2 outdoor terraces:

• The Chill Terrace (by the kitchen) – Designed as an outdoor lounge, with poufs, coffee tables, soft lighting, bamboo walls and zen greenery. Ideal for breakfast, cocktails or a quiet read.
• The Dining Terrace (by the garden, beneath the waterfall) – A large wooden table for 10, with barbecue and tropical surroundings – spectacular by day and by night.

1 balcony – Perfect for reading or watching the sunrise and sunset.

Bright living room – With an oversized ultra-comfort sofa, Google TV (Netflix, YouTube…), Bluetooth speakers and garden views.

Fully equipped kitchen – Oven, extractor hood, microwave, large fridge and a complete set of crockery and utensils.

Coway Premium water fountain – No more lugging heavy bottles. Filtered drinking water, hot or cold, with filters changed every two months – free and unlimited throughout your stay.

Bar with central wooden island for 10 – Perfect for cooking and enjoying a drink in good company.

Private covered parking – For cars and up to 10 scooters.
