I love this condo for its location near Bang Tao Beach; you can walk only 200 meters, and not far from Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue, Cherngtalay, just a short drive there. As for the condo itself is very beautiful, enjoyable to stay in with all the amenities. I like the swimming pools on the rooftop and downstairs, and there is also a sauna room available. The 1-bedroom type is 62.50 sq.m. with a large area and elegant design and decoration. Every piece of furniture is modern and looks very high-end. I've just reserved one room because the price is likely to increase in the future. I intend to buy it for speculation or rent out.

The condominium is under construction, near Bang Tao Beach within walking distance. The condo is modern. Inside, the room has a small kitchen, living area, and dining area. The room types vary from studio to penthouse. The project's facilities are extensive. The project offers high privacy with only 34 units. You can also access local amenities such as Laguna Phuket Resort Complex, Boat Avenue, and Porto de Phuket within 5 minutes. Worth investing!
