I have been renting the studio room here for many years. It is a very nice condo in a perfect location close to many amenities, including Tesco Lotus and Central Festival Phuket, just driving for 5 minutes, and Big C Phuket is 7 minutes away. Bangkok International Hospital Phuket is the best hospital in Phuket, which is only 3 kilometers away from the project, but if you drive to Patong, it will take less than 20 minutes. The rental price is incredibly cheap. The studio room size is relatively small for me but convenient as it's fully furnished. The swimming pool here is huge; you can enjoy it in your free time to relax. The common area is clean, and the security guards do their job well. For some downside, the gym equipment is always broken, many things didn't work. Parking has never been enough because a lot of people live here and don't follow the rules. The juristic person works slowly, but I rarely spend a lot of time at the condo because I work, so I don't have any problems, but out of 10, I would rate 8. It is considered the place my second home.
