W Market, Soi Pride 2, Cielo Sky Bar on rooftop, many local restaurants, 7 Eleven, Wine Bars, Sky Train, great pool, well laid out rooms, secure, 6 elevators some being set aside for lower floors and some for upper floors, clean, very polite door staff and reception staff, quiet...really just a great place to live...easy to navigate your way around Bangkok...love it

This was one of the pioneering high rise developments in Phra Khanong, but unfortunately has degraded tremendously. Sub standard finishing and low grade furniture. A large portion of the building is still empty and there is a frequent change of property management. The resale units are not worth the price, and I would advice to look fr new units and bargain toward <95.000THB per sqm. Its simply not worth more than that.
Walking distance to Phra Khanong BTS and the bus stop. Very convenient!

The condo is conveniently located near Phra Khanong BTS station, near the bus stop (less than 5 minutes walk), and there are also motorbike taxis available in front of the condo. Convenient for people who use public transportations. Easy to find things to eat. The room has a spacious living area, divided into good proportions. The garden is my favorite corner and offers a 360-degree view, so I usually enjoy a full view of the city, spectacular, especially at night. Suitable for sitting and relaxing very well.

Spacious project area, comfortable and fully furnished room, and rental fee are not high and perfect for working-age people and family living. The project offers complete facilities, matching the residents' needs for all ages. It comprises a children's playground, a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, and gardens. The project is conveniently located near Phra Khanong BTS station, only a few minutes traveling. All make life in the city easier. It matches my lifestyle well!

The project is located in a good location next to W mall with many restaurants and shops. Plus, it’s easy to travel anywhere because the project is located just a few minute’s walk from Phra Khanong BTS station. It’s next to the main road because it’s noisy, crowded, and lacks privacy. My room is a one-bedroom, the interior is good with complete furniture in good quality, and it also comes with a reasonable price. Plus, on the 39th floor of the building, there is also a Skybar to sit and chill with a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food prices are quite high, so I rarely go there.

There is a fantastic swimming pool and fitness. The neighborhood is convenient, next to W mall, where there are many shops and restaurants. The location is convenient with just a few hundred meters from Phra Khanong BTS. Most of the neighbors are foreigners. I have lived here for about 1 year. Actually, I like the atmosphere here because it's quite airy. My room is a one-bedroom, the interior is spacious and fully furnished with a full set of furniture. The rental price is a bit high. A bit disappointed with the Sky Bar and the staff, they are rude and not very helpful.
