Saladaeng One is located at Soi Saladaeng 1, Silom Subdistrict, Bang Rak District, Bangkok, where its alley is opposite to Lumpini Park. The project is situated in an ideal location among many roads, such as Silom Road, Rama IV Road, and Sathorn Road. The main road to the project is Rama IV Road. You can visit the project by car or public transportation such as BTS and MRT within 1 kilometer away.

To visit the project by car on Rama 4 Road, slightly turn right into the right lane and turn left into Soi Saladaeng 1. Go straight for about 110 meters, and you will find the project's location on your left.

If you prefer to visit the project by public transportation, The closest MRT stations are Silom MRT (600 meters) and Lumphini MRT (850 meters). In case you get to the project by BTS, the nearest station is Saladaeng BTS. Get off at the station and go down the Silom Road heading towards Rama 4 Road for 270 meters, then turn right onto Rama 4 Road and keep going for 550 meters before turning left to Soi Saladaeng 1. The project is 54 kilometers away from the main road.

Luxury and expensive condo, but very good and quality

The condo here has just been completed shortly, and everything looks very spectacular. At first, I didn't like it very much, but my husband chose and was impressed with the design. The building design was so outstanding and modern. We live in the room on the 22nd floor, it is 1 bedroom size and is not very special. The special is the facilities on the 30th -31st floor, whether it is a Sky Lounge, a gym, and a sky pool. Here is a reasonable price, and there is a shuttle bus to Sala Daeng BTS as well.

The one-bedroom unit that I bought is on the 14th floor. The room has excellent quality furniture. After stressful work, I can enjoy Lumpini Park, and the city view is breathtaking, making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Another perfect place in the project is the swimming pool, where I often swim while enjoying the view. The property is near Lumpini MRT, Silom MRT, and Rama IV Road, making it convenient to travel both by a private car or a Skytrain.

It is a luxury condo located near Lumpini Park, where we can see green spaces every morning before work, after work, and on holidays. It is beneficial for the health of the city people because each day we are faced with many pollutions. It's been good that we are in a condo close to nature. Also, there are many restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood and close to Silom MRT station, convenient to travel anywhere.

My Japanese friend lives here. The atmosphere of the project here is very luxurious. The lobby is beautiful and smells nice too. The staff is well trained and helpful, and the parking lot is also spacious and adequate. The room is very grand decoration. I barely want to touch anything haha. The view of the pool is stunning. Also, the location is good here. Even in the busy Sathorn area, you can still have a peaceful atmosphere. Just awesome!

Condo in the Silom area with a great atmosphere. The project staff warmly welcomed me, and the lobby hall is nicely and stylishly decorated in a modern sense. The 1 bedroom interior looks equally good because of the room decoration's color scheme, making the room look nice. The furniture is also of quality and modern. It is very impressive. Moreover, there are many facilities such as a gym, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a lounge that are very premium for the residents. Besides, you can travel around easily because it is close to Silom MRT, only 600 meters. You can take a taxi according to your needs.
