Central Festival Phuket

my favorite is swimming pool ，its very nice，and myabe the motorbike parking space is not enough，but lots of car parking

i stayed here for a few months now. it's a great condo at an affordable price. the condo is located in town, so it is easy to get around. you can walk to central floresta within 10 mins. it's where you can find many leading brands. if you want to go to the beach, you can drive for about 20 minutes to patong beach. you do not have to worry about the traffic issue like it is in bangkok. it is very convenient in the project; there is a swimming pool and fitness center where i like to use them during my day off. the staff always keeps this project very clean. the room we are in is a one-bedroom unit; the size is not that wide, but functional. the security system here is quite standard, in addition to having a 24-hour security guard and cctv. there is a digital door that we can set a password for ourselves, making me feel very safe. the quality is worth my money. i recommend it.

this condo is situated close to central phuket floresta and can walk within 10 minutes. it is also close to other shopping malls such as tesco lotus, big c, central festival, and makro, which is very convenient for shopping. this condo is relatively calm and has a large swimming pool, which is surrounded by planted shady trees. it allows me to relax with nature. other project facilities, such as a standardized fitness room and the security system, are good. it's peace of mind during my stay at the base down town. the room decor is a beautiful decoration that looks comfortable, giving a feeling of relaxation, and the in-room amenities are completed. all furniture is also of good quality. overall, considered it is perfect, 10 out of 10!

i bought it for my daughter, and the project is located close to prince of songkla university of phuket campus, where she is studying the location is within a few minutes from central festival and many lifestyle areas, that she loves so much. besides, it is very convenient to access many places even through a little bit of traffic jam in the city. there are also not many nieghbors living here and the security guard is also on his duty for 24 hours. the facilities include the communal pool and communal gym. anyway, my room is 1 bedroom condo with fully furnished and reasonable price that is perfect for both investing and living in. i like it!!!.

the condo is near central festival phuket and big c samkong next to the main road, convenient to travel. it's very excellent. the project has paid attention to cleanliness well. anyway, the room i stayed in was 2 bedrooms, which is very spacious and beautifully styled, very cozy to live in. apart from that, many in-room facilities include and the security system here is excellent. the staff are also friendly, communicating in english on average. the pool is clean, and the cafe or on-site restaurant is also great.

the location of the project is perfect in phuket town. close to everything, including big c phuket, tesco lotus extra mall phuket, central festival phuket, phuket weekend night market, thalang road, and others. it made my life very convenient. easy for traveling and finding food too. the project itself has a fitness room, and the communal swimming pool is well-maintained, they are available to all guests for free as well. unfortunately, my room is on the 4th floor, and on the roadside, so that i can hear the traffic noise which is quite disturbing. by the way, my one-bedroom unit is very spacious. it is designed and decorated very nicely. each piece of furniture looks good; the space is excellently clean, soft bed, excellent air conditioner. overall, i think this place is pleasent to live.
