270 degree ocean front property, very private and high quality. 40+ restaurants all in walking distance. private beach access this residence is one of very few that is actually on the beach side of the road, not across the road from the beach.

small condo on a quiet street near cozy beach. there is everything you need - swimming pool, gym, sauna. particularly pleasing are several lounge areas on the roof with beautiful views of the sunset. there are many apartment owners, so the attitude towards common areas and each other is very attentive. there is a security guard on duty at the entrance, the pool closes at the appointed hour, and it is quiet and safe at night. my sincere recommendations for living here

it is a small condo with only a few units. the room rate is not very high and suitable for a long stay, and for people who want privacy as the atmosphere here is tranquil. the condo location is far from entertainment venues and away from the bustling area of tourist attractions. you can rest comfortably. although it is a small condo, the common facilities are complete like a large condo, comprising a swimming pool, a gym, lobby, and 24-hour security. however, it is a little bit regretful; the condo's parking lot is minimal and difficult to find the parking, insufficient for the residents' numbers.

we are here for the first time and still not familiar with the neighborhood. it was supposed to be difficult for me, but luckily i chose to stay at this condo. the staff is so helpful. they recommend restaurants, bars, and many tourist attractions. i want to say thank you for a very nice trip. this is an excellent condo. apart from the nice staff, the place is clean and tidy. the condo has complete facilities and a strict security system. i think this is the best condo i have ever stayed in.

i have been impressed since i went to see the showroom and liked the project's location. from the room, you can see a panoramic pattaya city view. there are also many rooms offering a sea view available. the most outstanding is the infinity-edge pool, facing 180 degrees of sea view, and a gym on the rooftop. the lobby and elevator are luxuriously decorated. it's designed to be excellent !!! there are 7-eleven and drug stores near the condo. most of the residents here will be chinese and russians.

i just bought a 1-bedroom unit at a great deal, and brought a 'wow' effect on me. the room comes fully-furnished with high-quality furniture. there are many beautiful facilities such as a large swimming pool in the middle of the common area and another pool on the rooftop with a nice view and another garden, fitness, spa, sauna, clubhouse, etc. the staff is very professional. it makes me feel like staying at home; it is peaceful, beautiful, suitable for living. the location is excellent, convenient transportation near many major tourist attractions. south pattaya beach is very close, about 5 minutes drive. recommend it here—great value for money.

my room is in a 1-bedroom type with a balcony opening to a sea view. which helps me a lot to be relaxed. it helps me relieve stress very well after admiring the breathtaking scenery. i'm also impressed by the services offered. the staff takes good care of the residents, and the security system works well as there are security guards and a door lock, which makes me feel safe and secured when i leave the room for a business trip. the parking space is also sufficient, so i have never had a problem when coming back late at night. the common area is inviting, including a rooftop swimming pool for a sea view, a lobby for a resting area, which is quite private. the restaurant in the project offers a wide range of tasty food. besides, the location is in a touristy area full of restaurants, bars, and jomtien beach, just 10 minutes away. it's convenient to get around and to enjoy my vacation.

it matches my lifestyle and needs so much as it has modern facilities. the security system is excellent, taking good care of the residents well. prices and room sizes are reasonable. the room is beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture, comfortable. more importantly, the room is soundproofing, with no disturbing noises. although the project is located in the city center where it is crowded and noises from music and cars passing, my room is still quiet, and i can relax pleasantly. overall, the project is located in a prime location, surrounded by many important conveniences. i made the right decision to buy the room for this project.

this condo suits for a long term stay as the rate is reasonable. the furniture is quality, and the living area is spacious, perfectly divided into zones. anyway, the balcony looks a bit small and insufficient for hanging the clothes. i think it suits for a relaxation corner, nicely set on a small set of tables. moreover, it is close to the beach and convenient for traveling to other nearby tourist attractions.
