a complete and comfortable vacation residence perfectly combined all the comforts in the house. it also has a wide area, pleasant and well-proportioned. the rooms are beautifully designed, modern, well-allocated furniture, and are of great value for money. besides, the journey is very convenient, not far from chiang mai international airport or attractions in chiang mai. it is considered a vacation residence for living or renting it out to get some profit because of a good location with a modern design that meets the urban life needs.

my wife and i decided to buy a detached house with the baan suparerk project for a while. the house is quite old but can still re-renovate. the reason for choosing this house is because the price is very affordable and reasonable. there is the furniture from the former owner in the house, including various good condition appliances, considered okay. love this place because of the good atmosphere and friendly neighbors. it also offers high security and privacy with an excellent gated.
