low rise with friendly staff, many shops and restaurants nearby. units are minimum 38sqm to 43sqm good size for 1 bedroom. mrt is 300 meters. amazing rooftop swimming pool with sunset everyday

the condo is in a strategic location, a short moto drive to prakanong bts, business and leisure, schools, shopping, sukhumvit nightlife is just around the corner. great 2 bedrooms with decent sizes are at amazing deals.

great location condo, 3 minutes away from nana bts, calm while being in the middle of all morning and evening buzz. well maintained considering the number of units there. very popular with couples coming to thailand for few months to experience the thai way of living, and they extend more and more while being in this location due to the variety that this location offers.

i have visited many pet friendly condos but none reaches the level of ideo morph 38 + ashton morph 38 (same complex, different buildings). ideo morph 38 offers a wide range of duplex in its 8 floors. the building is well managed and with high standards of security. the swimming pool is beautiful and the coworking is amazing. nice pet policy (strict one) that guarantees that it is nice to have a dog or a cat here. some other buildings are flexible policy (meaning: no rules at all). but here is not the case.

bts is very close and taking a taxi is also very convenient. the property in the community has just been replaced with a new one, and the swimming pool is much cleaner, but it would be great if the sewage odor could be dealt with! it would be nice if the odor in the men's and women's bathrooms in the public area of building b could be cleaned up, but it is still very comfortable to live here. the oversized swimming pool makes people yearn for it. i like it here very much.

settle in with panoramic city views, rooftop swimming pool, fully equipped gym, fitness centre, library, common working space with wifi and 24-7 security guards. life 48 sukhumvit is nestled next to ramada plaza by wyndham bangkok sukhumvit and accor's ibis styles bangkok sukhumvit. only 600 meters from a sky train station (bts green line, phra khanong station), the life 48 sukhumvit sits across sukhumvit road from w district. enjoy phra khanong's chilled out, neighborhood vibes. in addition to w district, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and food stalls. great for foodies and a cool spot for after-hours.

great location. ideal for all lifestyle. staff are friendly and the building has just been painted. biggest park in bangkok located at the end of the road condo seems quiet but loads of restaurants nearby as well as bts and mrt car parking available
