i bought this townhome 5 years ago. it is a townhome with a simple design that mainly focuses on the use of space. it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, suitable for a small family like my family. the general atmosphere of the project is shady, with friendly neighbors. if you want to swim at the swimming pool on the weekend, it may be chaotic as many people live in the project. one downside here is that the gym has very little equipment, and it is supposed to have additional exercise equipment. anyway, here it is convenient for people with private cars and its setting isn't far from king mongkut's university of technology thonburi, where my son is studying, so he can drive to get there in a short time.

the townhomes are unique in european style. every visitor is impressed with the beauty of the design. the project is a 3-story townhome with a spacious area inside. and in front of the house, there is a parking lot. neighbors are lovely. the security system is excellent. the security guard is very helpful. the project location is in rama 2 neighborhood, near bang khun thian. there are lots of delicious seafood dishes there.

it was totally right to buy this condo as its' worth my money. my room is fully-furnished with wide space. it is a 1-bedroom unit with a good proportion. the facilities are superb, ranging from a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, clubhouse, convenience store to many restaurants. didn't see any difference from other luxurious condos. the place is quiet and not bustling. the juristic person works well to keep the common area clean. anyways, prepare for the lack of parking space as there are too many units and residents. i am not usually the one that handles it, as i don't have a car. i usually hire a motorbike taxi. nearby, there are many shopping malls here, such as central plaza rama 2 and others.
