Great private pool villa close to great amenities.

My family first fell in love with the development when it was almost complete in 2009. We purchased a villa there and have enjoyed many holidays with family and friends over our 13 years of ownership. The villa is in a small village of ten residences, providing a quiet and secure area. The way the pool wraps the living room is fantastic, and jumping into the pool directly from the lounge is a great party piece. Entertaining is easy and convenient, either by using the kitchen, which is open to the living area or the built-in BBQ grill by the pool. Recently we found the villa easy to rent out, and have had several tenants staying for more than a year at a time. There is a very convenient 7/11 convenience store just steps away, and there are a variety of small restaurants and cafes a short walk away. As the development is by Laguna, there are many great facilities a short drive, or cycle, away. These include quality international restaurants, Villa Supermarket, which sells familiar western foods and drinks as well as fresh meat, seafood and vegetables, beach clubs, gyms, five-star hotels, as well as local food stalls and shops. Not forgetting, of course, the Laguna Friday night market, and more local weekend night market. The unspoiled Layan beach is only a few KM away, where we have had many a walk and swim. Layan beach adjoins the more lively Bang Tao beach, which houses a variety of beach restaurants and clubs.

I have chosen this villa to stay in for a month. I am very impressed that I decided here. Their staff warmly welcomed me. The villa that I decided to rent was precisely what I wanted as well, whether a high fence, a garden, and an outdoor pool. The villa comprises a large open door on 2 sides. Therefore, the atmosphere during the day is attractive. As for traveling, it is very convenient as the location is not far from Layan Beach and also near the community, where there are many delicious restaurants. I am not disappointed that I choose to stay here. It was one month that I was resting and ready to return to work happily again.

The villa is beautiful and well-decorated in a modern style. The villa where I stay is a four-bedroom type; the house's space is not that spacious. There is furniture arranged in the perfect spot. The outdoor area has a private swimming pool for us to enjoy. The house itself is gated for good privacy. The location is in the quiet Cherngtalay neighborhood and not far from Layan Beach and Bang Tao Beach. It is another happy moment to stay here.

The villa is beautiful with a modern design. There is an open space connecting indoor and outdoor space. The house is quite spacious with a big lawn for pets. The safety system here is excellent. There is a security guard in charge all day. The neighborhood of the project is quiet. Situated next to Dream Phuket Hotel, and surrounded by many restaurants, and not far from Layan Beach. It is very convenient!

The villas here are beautiful and standard. The safety system is excellent. The first time I moved in, it was fully furnished with built-in furniture, including the kitchen with a hood sink and a large kitchen counter, which I love and enjoyed cooking so much. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool. We clean it twice a month and it is affordable !! The villa is okay here. Anyway, traveling to Phuket Town is quite far as it takes about 20-30 minutes by car.
