The condo near the shopping mall

This condo is close to several amenities, such as CentralPlaza Lat Phrao, Union Mall, and Tesco Lotus Lat Phrao. It is also convenient to get around as the Phahon Yothin 24 MRT is only 500 meters away. I frankly say that it is easily accessible everywhere. Aside from the excellent location, so does the project site as my 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms is spacious as 60 sq.m., and well-proportioned, comprising the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The room is fully furnished, and the surrounding area is pleasant to live in. The common area also has extensive facilities, including the lobby, fully equipped gym, salt-chlorine pool, on-site restaurant, and security guards who are always on duty 24 hours. The rental cost is also reasonable, not too high. I love it here indeed.
